1. Engagement

These Terms govern all engagements with BNV Interpreting & Translating Services (“BNV”, “we”) for certified translation, forensic transcription, and court and conference interpretation. Submitting a quote request constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Confidentiality

All source materials, transcripts, translations and related communications are treated as privileged and confidential. Files are handled under strict NDA and retained only for the period required to complete the engagement or comply with applicable law.

3. Messaging & Communications Consent

By providing a phone number and opting in through the consent checkboxes on our quote request forms, you agree to receive text messages and phone calls from BNV, which may include marketing content and transactional notifications such as appointment reminders, follow-ups, billing inquiries and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. During voice calls you may press 9 or say “Stop” to opt out.

4. Deliverables & Accuracy

Certified translations are delivered with a signed Declaration of Accuracy suitable for USCIS, tribunal and evidentiary filings. Forensic transcriptions are prepared verbatim under Transcription and Translation Expert (TTE) standards.

5. Fees & Payment

Quoted fees are valid for thirty (30) days from issuance. Invoices are payable per the terms stated on each engagement letter. Rush surcharges may apply where turnaround is compressed at the client’s request.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, BNV’s aggregate liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the professional fees paid for the specific work product at issue.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
